Slowly slide your fingers or thumb forward and back between the ball assemblies, experiencing gentle to moderate sustained compression. Explore varying the position of your fingers and thumb, with slight shifts toward each side of the frame. Remember to keep your fingers and thumb straight, wrist neutral.
