Gelliflex® 30-Day Return Policy:
Gelliflex® wants you to be fully satisfied with all of your products, so if you purchased our products through www.gelliflex.com and are not satisfied with any part of your order, then, subject to the conditions stated below, you may return the product for a full refund by returning the entire product within30 days of your original purchase date as reflected on your receipt in the manner and in accordance with the terms herein. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Gelliflex. In addition, cash refunds are not available. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method.
If more than 30 days have gone by since the purchase date indicated on your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Since our product is a self-care product, to ensure eligibility for return, we must ensure the following before a return and refund is granted:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging with all parts, balls, frames, packaging, etc. All items (the entire order) that came with the order must be returned.
To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, you must include a copy of the original packing slip or purchase receipt. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for all return shipping expenses and for the condition of the item returned.
